Remember God is good to me even when I am cranky. Jonah 4:6 3. Remember God is in control of every detail. Jonah 4:7~9 4. remember to focus on what will last. Jonah 4:10~11

Look up to God. Jonah 2:1 2. Pray passionately, with emotion. Jonah 2.2... 3. Identify the cause of your hopelessness. Jonah 2:3~6 Causes of Hopelessness - when I feel over my head, I have hit bottom, powerless and out of control, overwhelmed, rejected and lonely, remorse and regretful, crushing fear. 4. Ask God for specific help. Jonah 2:2 5. Refocus on God's goodness and in your life. Jonah 2:7 6. Reject false objects and accept God's grace. Jonah 2:6, 8 7. Express you gratitude to God in advance. Women’s Corner Trusting God day by day Trust God and refused to worry, for He is your Strength and you Song. Are you looking at difficult times looming ahead, measuring them against your own strength? They are not today’s tasks, or even tomorrow’s. So leave them in the future and come home to the present where you will find God waiting for you. Since He is your Strength, He can empower you to handle each task as it comes. Because He is your Song, he can give you Joy a...s you work alongside of Him. Among all the creatures, only humans can anticipate future events. This can be a blessing, but it can be a curse when it is misused. If you use your magnificent mind to worry about tomorrow, you loose sight and cannot enjoy the blessings that He has for you today.
