Did you know Total Lumens and Total Delivered Lumens are not the same! Both refer to light output, but with a distinct difference: Total Lumens measures ALL light emitted while Total Delivered Lumens describes only USABLE light, discounting that which is wasted due to lens treatment, shroud length, fixture finish and other factors. Though Total Delivered Lumens is often less than Total Lumens, it also provides a more accurate reading of light delivered to a space.
