We create space by being intentional in our actions, by seeing opportunities around us, and by dedicating energy to this purpose. Seeing the world upside down forces us to see things in a different light as we gaze towards places of center, we sense and feel as we firmly root down into foundation, we engage wholly and hold posture. EMBRACE THE UPSIDE DOWN

In stillness, we allow things deep within to come to awareness. In flow, we invite the connection of our entire being, moving as one. How wonderful it is that something as simple as breath breathing in, breathing out keeps stillness and flow in beautiful balance.
