The Fed just raised the fed funds rate (the cost of money for the banks) which may be a sign that an improving economy will return other rates (i.e. Mortgages) to a more "normal" rate. This, of course will make it more difficult for buyers to qualify to buy homes ; and will, therefore, make it more difficult for sellers to sell homes. - so now is the time to make your move.
