Dear Alum Rock community, Please see this local resource available in Santa Clara County: Free After-School Distance Learning Tutoring Pods from October 19th ...through December 7th from Santa Clara County Library District - SCCLD and Bay Area Tutoring Association (BATA). Tutoring will utilize classroom curriculum, provide homework support, personalized social emotional growth mindset activities and digital literacy training. The Bay Area Tutoring Association (BATA) Academic Coach to Student Ratio is at maximum 1:8 and minimum 1:3. Peer to peer instruction and collaboration is encouraged to increase student engagement in pursuit of subject level mastery. Tutoring occurs October 19th through December 7th.
