Dr. Berka will be out of the office July 28th, 31st, and Aug 1st due to the passing of her Dad. The office will be open for food and medication pick ups. Please note Happy Tails will be closed July 3rd and 4th in observation of Independence Day. Therefore, any sedatives you might need for your furry friends to endure the fireworks need to be picked up by June 30th. We hope you have a safe and relaxing holiday!

We are pleased to announce that our efforts to help the hurricane victims of the US Virgin Islands has come full circle. We started a Go Fund Me page to raise funds to help the pets on the USVI after the storms. With the generosity of friends and family Happy Tails Animal Hospital raised $1,500.00. Happy Tails agreed to match all funds raised, so our total reached $3,000.00. We spoke with a local church to help with coordination of the food and supplies for shipment. In... doing, so they recommended a local animal shelter on St. John that was in need of supplies and pet food. We are happy to announce that our orders have been placed and all funds have been used to support the relief efforts on St. John. Happy Tails Animal Hospital is shipping the following: 74 bags of dog food, 20 boxes of dog treats, 60 bags of cat food and 22 boxes of cat treats. Another way to look at it: 3,200 lbs of dog food, 200 lbs of dog treats, 960 lbs of cat food, and 22 lbs of cat treats. We want to thank all of those that helped make this happen! We can accomplish amazing things when we work together!!!

We are sorry for the inconvenience but all of the Frontier phone lines are down in CA. If you need to reach us, someone will be at the office until 3pm for food and medication pick up. Otherwise, we will be "back in action" Tuesday at 8:30am. Sorry for the inconvenience. :-(
