Very excited for my clients to see there new courtyard at Seven Lakes Country Club.

Very excited to see the house we have been working so hard on make the news. This video was taken Thursday by KESQ. We will be all completed by tomorrow.

Even on a Sunday! We are doing what it takes to complete this project! Only a few more days left to finish before the "Green Gables" house in Palm Springs debuts. Thanks to all our fantastic Hoyt Crew, Southwest Plumbing, Baci Tile, Glenn Strickland Painting, Corian, Indio Drywall, Joe Corona Electric we could not get this done if these people were not on board with our madness over that last several weeks.

Have to give a shout out to Philip Hoyt, Southwest Plumbing, Glenn Strickland Painting and Corian for putting in the extra time on a Sunday to get this house completed for the start of Modernism on Thursday.

Busy Friday at this home! Got only 2 weeks to get this baby ready for Modernism Week in Oct. Lots and Lots of hours going into this home.Thanks to all our crew and great subs we work with. We bought a Friday Lunch for them to enjoy, to say Thanks and we appreciate them working around this hectic schedule. This house is finally wrapped thanks to M1 Plastering and foam roof coat is starting this week by our favorite roofers "Castro Roofing". Great teams on your jobs make great products.

From one of our happy clients that we did some repairs on their home while they were in Canada for the summer.

All new windows are installed, framing is complete and this house is almost ready for insulation.

Recently completed kitchen remodel at the Marilyn Monroe house in Palm Springs.. We renovated the Entire interior of house. Removed all the wallpaper that was a staple of decorating back in the day. Re-tiled the whole house, refinished the drywall, and updated the lighting for a new modern look.

New Fit in 42 Palm Springs Gym is coming along.. Our team is hard at work. Paneling going up today.

Sneak Peek at this home on La Verne Way in Palm Springs we just started. We are getting it ready for the October Modernism Tour. And a really big reveal for the February Modernism. Very excited to have another home on the tour.
