The Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Helena and Calistoga are looking for a dynamic organized individual to join our team in the beautiful upper valley of Napa. This position available to be filled now. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS - The primary functions of the Resource Development and Marketing Director position are two-fold: 1) t...o generate income through the coordination of community fundraising events, and 2) to build public awareness of Club programs, activities and services. The Resource Development and Marketing Director is under the supervision of the Executive Director. Working Conditions and Compensation Days: Normal workdays are Monday - Friday, however, evening and weekend hours are required during event times. General Hours: 40 hours/week. Hours are flexible according to campaign, event, community and staff needs. Pay rate: $55k to 75k depending on experience.
