Hello All!! Hope you are all able to enjoy this incredible weather we are having! Just a little update on my Urban Flow schedule for this week. As many of you know, I have the amazing honor of subbing for Stephanie Snyder Yoga for the next few days. I will be teaching for her tonight at 6:15, Sunday at 4:30, and Tuesday at 6:15. I also will be teaching my regular class Friday at 4:30!! As you all hear Steph say, extra Karma points for showing up ;) Please come out and support! So much love to you all!!!!!!!
