HBC is proud to be 100% employee owned. Here’s what one of our employee owners have to say about being part of an ESOP. I first learned about HBC when they came to my school (Cal Poly SLO) for an info session. This led to my first internship in the OC office, then a second one in LA. I finished up my last quarter at school and then joined HBC full time. I like being in an ESOP because I feel like I get a fair share of our successes as a company.
