Hi, Everyone! Those of you who are getting into the swing of summer and in search of a home; be advised..."all that glitters is not gold"! For instance, some of these 100% financing programs I'm locating have some very strict criteria regarding reserves (seasoned), liquid assets, closing costs, etc....
