The Pumkin Patch is open!!! Never been more excited to go to Oma's Pumpkin Patch! Stoked they're opening tomorrow and I get to take my nephew again! Of course things are done a little differently this year - having to reserve your timeslot online due to reduced capacity, Oma has all the fun play activities, Jack's pumpkin patch and of course the Hay Ride! Halloween just wouldn't be the same without Oma's! See you all there!!

Shelter Valley - Population 302 This town is located along County Route S2, 12 miles east of Julian, and is definitely the furthest/strangest place in San Diego I've sold a home in! If your a history nerd like me you know this is the location of the Vallecito-Butterfled Stage Station that provided for an overland mail route. Coaches were used to carry passengers and mail and made the trip from St. Louis to San Francisco in just 25 days! Each station was built in 20 mile inter...vals... Where's the strangest place you've lived/sold a home?

We've been busy bees! These sellers all had different journeys! Some upgraded, some down-sized, some moved out of San Diego and some even moved back in with the parents. Whatever the move, however far the journey, we love being in your driver seat!
