Thank you for an amazing week, it was on . Sold out in minutes for the first couple of days but was able to work out the kinks to get more orders in. Thank you for all those that came, had to wait, and deal with the craziness. Thank you for your patience and kind words. We are using this weekend to work out the kinks. We’ve been waiting a long time to open up, and our original intended location is still under construction, we were able to use this space with the help of Jim Harvey Sy and Chef David, so big shout out to making this happen! We will be closed 9/26 and 9/29. This has been an amazing week with so much support, and crazy amount of fans who wanted their Hotbird! We have been selling out non stop, and we need to upgrade some equipment to meet the demand. We are going to spend the next couple of days working out the kinks, and comeback this Wednesday better!
