After several months of repairs we’re so thankful to have our own @lamarzocco Linea back on bar. We’re cannot express enough gratitude to @allygarvin of @neat.coffee for being so generous and letting us borrow hers for so long!

It’s Timbers’ birthday!! We’re so thankful to have her on our team. She is hardworking, silly, a super talented artist, and a great barista. Come by and say happy birthday!

Today is our beloved Patrick’s birthday! (Yes on Saint Patrick’s day, ask him about it) Patrick is one of the most genuinely kind, silly and skilled people we know. His smile and his ability to crank out super tasty drinks at lightning speed make him invaluable to our little team. He’s off today and tomorrow(probably surfing or foraging) but be sure to wish him a happy belated birthday when you see him next.

Spring is officially upon us and so is a fan favorite, the P&T Our house made tonic water is topped with a goodly helping of Peychauds bitters, which have live been loved in classic drinks like the sazerac for centuries. Refreshingly bitter, deeply complex and an absolute slammer!

The sun is shining, the coffee are tasting great and we’re @neverpullingthrough. So yeah; it’s gonna be a good one. : @timothydizonwright

Two truly beautiful coffees on bar today! @madcapcoffee Kenya Thiriku on filter tasting so juicy and vibrant And @blackwhiteroasters washed Geisha on espresso showing off its clarity and sweetness. (we hardly every serve Kenyan coffees and if you know anything about geisha coffees, they don’t make it into the espresso hopper to often) so come on in and get some while the gettin is good!

@blackwhiteroasters gesha village is tasting extra delicious on espresso this morning. If you ever thought that espresso was too intense for you, this is the coffee to change your mind. Sweet, juicy and sooooo easy drinking!

Today we are 4 years old! Hopper & Burr has changed quite a bit in that time(we think for the better, swipe for proof) but we would be nowhere without the patronage and support of our customers, some of whom are now good friends! Thanks for sticking with us and here’s to many more! @ Hopper & Burr
