There’s a few firsts you never forget, and your first horse is definitely one of them. Jillian, Kayla, and Tania @desert_dog_mom all found their first horse through Hope.

A dream come true. @desert_dog_mom started riding and taking lessons in Feb 2020. And now she has her own horse, and is jumping! Another example of @mark.maiorano.1 excellent coaching.

Uno is the big man on campus here at Hope. He is 16 years old and stands at 18.2hh To his owner @lauren1489 he’s just a big baby who loves carrots and peppermints.

Whether Mark is riding or on the ground teaching, he’s always a star. Here he is on his boy Sam. All of us at Hope are so lucky to learn from him.

UPDATE: **SOLD** ***Duke will be available for sale/on-site lease*** Duke came to Hope a few months ago. Liz has transformed him into quite the guy. ... He is an un-raced thoroughbred. He stands at 16hh, barefoot, and is in his early teens. He is fit for an advanced beginner within a training program or an intermediate rider and up on their own. Come check him out!

Whoo hoo!!! It seems like everyone canters for the first time on Grey... he has taught so many riders to sit the canter. Here’s student Pat cantering for the first time on Grey.... Here’s to many more laps around the arena to come! So proud of them both.

Lena’s Lil’ Smoker came to Hope about 2 months ago. She had been used as a walk/trot only girl at her previous barn. Assistant Trainer, Liz, has her cantering and jumping her little heart out. We are so proud of both of them.... See more
