This month we have two Homebrew competitions. The first is our monthly Style challenge, this month is Stouts. The second competition is our annual Sweet Malt Competition. This competition can be any style as long as viking sweet malt is used. We do give an extra 2 points to anyone who can bring out the flavor of that malt.
