My buddy @dfgetty alerted me to a random Reddit post he came across where a guy was asking about O.C. as he and his wife were relocating from Nebraska for an amazing job opportunity. Fast forward a couple months, after several in-person & Zoom showings, I was able to find them a great property to lease in Irvine...and negotiated $150 off their rent too!
