March 19, 2020 Dear Beloved Congregation of Holy Nativity Church! His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion has declared throughout all the Churches within the Diocese of Los Angeles, effective immediately all Divine Liturgies and Services in the Diocese of Los Angeles are suspended until further notice. The schedule of Services this week *WED* 9:00am Divine Liturgy 7:00pm Vespers for fast of the cross ... *THUR* 8:00am Liturgy for the Feast for the Cross *FRI* Divine Liturgy from 5pm to 7pm (H.E. Metropolitan is giving special exception to fast 9 hours before communion) *SAT* 9:00am Divine Liturgy 6:00pm Vespers *SUN* 8:00am Divine Liturgy 1- As all churches in the Diocese are doing, we have provided many liturgies throughout the week so that we do not crowd everyone in 1 one day. We changed the Friday Liturgy hours so that you can attend Liturgy after work 2- We will also be disinfecting the church after each usage. So if you have any quality cleaning supplies please coordinate with Saly Farah (951-536-5812) as we have big shortage! 3- To address social distancing recommendation, we will be removing chairs so that there is at least 4-6 feet between each person 4- For seniors, we ask you to take necessary precautions and we are here to serve you, so please communicate with me directly for any arrangements (818) 261-9974 5- We advise you to stock-up with food supplies.
