Hollywood Preschool & Kindergarten was re-opened on September 08, 2020. We follow the CDC guidelines related to Preschool children and please to note all our students, staff and parents are happily observing with health and safety recommendation of Health Authorities. From this week onward we will be enrolling new students who wish to join Hollywood Preschool & Kindergarten

Dear parents, Due to current unstable status of COVID-19 in Los Angeles, we will not be reopening Hollywood Preschool & Kindergarten on Monday, August 3, 2020 as we previously hoped to do so. Our new target to reopen will be September 8, 2020, which will be a day after Labor Day.... Of course, we will continue to frequently monitor the situation to assess if it will be safe for all of us to return nearing the aforementioned date. After discussing with the few families who attended our precautionary reopening on June 18, 2020, and communicating with our families at home, it was decided to extend our temporary closure due to current status of COVID-19 in Los Angeles. We hope to reopen Hollywood Preschool & Kindergarten on Monday, August 3, 2020. Of course, we will continue to frequently monitor the situation to assess if it will be safe for all of us to return nearing the aforementioned date. We are planning to reopen Hollywood Preschool & Kindergarten on June 18, 2020 with appropriate precautions. The California Department of Public Health issued guidance for us childcare providers and parents/guardians that can be found here: https://covid19.ca.gov/pdf/guidance-childcare.pdf Let us all do our very best to read and follow this guidance to help protect all our children, families, and staff. In adherence to updated stay-at-home orders for Los Angeles, we will not be reopening Hollywood Preschool & Kindergarten on May 18, 2020 as previously intended. Unfortunately, this is due to a significantly greater rise in new COVID-19 cases and deaths than previously predicated as presented in today's public health announcement from Public Health Director Barbara Ferrer. Hollywood Preschool & Kindergarten will not re-open on April 01st due to California Governors directive to stay at home order. We will remain close probably the whole of April or till the Governor issues a new directives authorizing no travel restrictions. Live carefully. Stay safe.

Hollywood Preschool & Kindergarten will be closed from March 19th 2020 to March 31st. This is a precautionary measure taken to minimise the spread of Covid-19 among our community.
