Here at @hollywoodautorepair we work on all makes & models. This particular customer visited 2 dealerships and spent thousands to figure out the problem he was having. But since the car didn’t have a check engine light both dealers were confused about the situation & recommended repairs that didn’t help. We found what 2 dealers missed & honestly it was very simple. Customers complain was that the engine had some hesitation & it was misfiring as soon as he was trying to accel...erate. First thing first we put our @snapon_official camera to use and ran it through the engine and what we found was pretty surprising for an engine with only 36000 miles. All pistons and valves were covered with a thick layer of carbon built-up. The carbon built-up was not allowing the valves to shut properly & that was causing the engine misfire. We de-carbonized the engine and replaced all 8 spark plugs. By performing those simple repairs we fixed the problem and most importantly gained a happy customer for life.
