A message from our founder about COVID-19: 03/16/20 To our patients and community,... In light of Covid-19, I would like to update you on the measures we at Holistic Hyperbarics are taking. This is a fluid situation that we are monitoring hour by hour with updates from the CDC, WHO, and local governing bodies. This is what we are doing during this time: WE ARE OPEN Holistic Hyperbarics will remain open for existing patients only. Medical appointments are exempt from the Bay Area shelter-in-place order announced today by Governor Newsom. We are reducing our hours of operation to only service critical patients and package holders. If are you in one of those two categories, feel free to book online here. https://hh-bayarea.janeapp.com ENHANCED CLEANING Well before the Covid-19, we have always implemented best practices when it comes to cleaning. Here is what we have added to our regiment: - We have set up hand sanitizer stations in many places in our clinic to ensure access. - All high trafficked communal surfaces are sanitized once an hour, including doorknobs, infrared recliners, tables, and sinks. - We cleaning the chambers with a new disinfectant that requires a drying period between uses. Starting today, there will be a 20 minute buffer in between all appointments to accommodate the added chamber sanitization. - Our staff are now preforming non-contact greetings and are frequently washing their washing their hands. Any patient contact will be performed with gloved hands. WHAT WE ARE ASKING FROM YOU - Please take care of yourself. If you, or anyone you are in close contact with, is sick, please stay home. We are waiving all cancelation fees for any patient feeling ill, caring for a sick loved one, or self isolating. - Upon arrival to your appointment, we will take your temperature. Any patient with a temp 99.5 or higher or exhibiting any signs of fever/flu will be asked to go home. - To keep contact as little as possible, we are asking all patients to not bring added guests with you to your appointment unless they are accompanying you to help with mobility needs. - Please hold tight on referring your friends. We are not currently taking now any new patients so that our limited schedule is available for our exiting patients. I am so grateful for all the word-of-mouth business over the past 2.5 years, but current patient care comes first. CANCELATION FEES - We are waiving all cancelation fees for any patient feeling ill, caring for a sick loved one, or self isolating. While I can not predict what will happen in coming days and weeks, Holistic Hyperbarics remains an oasis for healing. My doors will stay open to you as long as I am allowed, and as long as it remains safe to do so. I will continue to update you of any further changes in the schedule and protocol.
