This ginger lime infused water is as delicious as it is good for you! Not only does it help you to drink more water, but it can help with improving alkalinity in the body, fighting colds, reducing bloating and inflammation in the body, indigestion and nausea, weight loss, menstrual cramps, bone health and overall hydration!
