Hi Everyone It’s that time of year that we all can be very grateful for being able to provide for our families. and give a little bit back!!! So here At The Holiday Inn & Suites we are collecting Canned Goods and non perishable items (Cereal, peanut butter, rice, beans, pastas, marinara Sauce, box Mac &cheese and such ...) anything helps So please clean out your pantries or pick up a few extra items when you go to the grocery store and drop them, off at the front desk. E...verything Donated goes to the Bakersfield Homeless Center and helps families in our Community Donations will be accepted until December 15th Thank you

The Holiday Inn & Suites is hiring for a full time Front Desk Agent willing to work two Night Audit shifts. The Guest Service Agent performs check-ins and check-outs of hotel guests courteously and efficiently. Processes all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provides information to guests. Efficiently resolves guest issues and handles complaints forwarding to the supervisor or manager on duty when necessary. Minimum one (1) year guest service experience. ...Experience in guest relations and resolution. Ability to write legibly. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office. Ability to multi-task while maintaining a hospitable and professional demeanor, to think clearly, quickly and make concise decisions, work well under pressure, focus attention to details, maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information. Team player. Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Please come to hotel for applications.
