Our entire staff would like to say thank to you Kim and Pam From NY for your kind words after staying at our property. " My travel companion and I had the extreme good fortune to have booked our stay, while in CA, at your location. from the moment we entered the lobby, until the time we left, we felt totally welcome and pampered!! We were greeted by Kim, at the front desk, who throughout our stay, went out of her way, each morning , to greet us while we were breakfasting. T...his was at the end of her shift, but she still made a point to do so! Kim also offered suggestions as to entertainment, in the area, based on our likes/dislikes. Our room had that super clean "feel" (and smell!!) the entire time. (Your mattresses are amazingly comfortable!!) The housekeeping staff was supper.... we wanted for nothing! They were extremely efficient! They were also most friendly, always with a smile and a greeting when we would see them in the hallway/elevator. The breakfast area was spotless...no food ion counters, floors or tables. The food variety was totally unexpected...and Carmen, when she was on duty, keep all the food and utensils, ect., fully stocked, at all times. Tho busy with her duties, she also made a point to greet us each morning and to make sure that we had anything/everything we could want!
