#safetyfirst. All of our trainers and clients are required to wear a mask at all times. Trainers disinfect every piece of equipment after every use... no exceptions. #stopthespread.

A picture from our video shoot early this year prior to the pandemic. This functional training exercise trains diagonal frontal plane fascia by incorporating upper and lower body motion at the same time. The diagonal plane is achieved through partial rotation. It helps keep the body’s range of motion, strength and mobility... if you don’t use it, you lose it.

Here I demonstrate a kneeling core functional training exercise I designed for trunk rotators and mobility. It’s a great exercise to develop core strength for sports like golf and different forms of martial arts that require trunk rotational strength. Notice how the motion comes from the core, while the arm merely holds the resistance. #funtionaltraining

The kickback, as I demonstrate here, is a safer way for the low back to get weights into position for dumb bell bench press exercises.

Here George positions his client’s foot on the leg press. The knee should align over the second toe next to the big toe during the motion. Flashback to seven years ago when we shot the video this picture was taken from. Happy New Year! We’ll see you in 2020!

Battle rope external rotation demonstrated here. Perhaps one of the more difficult motions with the battle rope; works shoulders. Engage shoulders back and center for proper neutral position. #shoulderworkout
