We're moving our offices (just across the parking lot, so we are still easy to find.) The office is closed while the office furniture, files and phone are moved to 5150 Sunrise Blvd Ste E4. The phone number stays the same. If you need us, call and leave a message. We should reopen on 3/18. Meanwhile, happy, and safe, St. Patrick's Day!

Just because they'll loan you money, doesn't mean you should take it. Most credit cards charge between 19 and 25%, if you HAVE to borrow money.

If any of our readers have: 1. Fallen off a Turnip Truck 2. Were born yesterday. 3. Were born at night, and it was actually LAST night... 4. Are attending your first rodeo 5. Were raised by your mama to be a fool This post is for you. For the rest of you, live-it-up with another round of: 1.Candy Crush 2.Cats knocking over Christmas tree videos. 3. Looking for former love interests on Facebook to assess and compare your level of success to theirs since the break-up back before you went to college in 1989 4. Continue to marvel loudly to anyone who will listen over the fact that you can move the curser "thingy" all over the dang place on any iPhone by simply holding down the space bar (or any button on the keyboard) and moving your finger appropriately. IF ANYONE ASKS YOU TO PAY THEM WITH PRE-PAID CASH CARDS OF ANY TYPE---IT IS A SCAM. Repeat after me- "I will not fall for any scam in which I am asked to send pre-paid cash cards to anyone, anywhere in the world for any reason. I will, however, keep anyone who asks for pre-paid cash cards on the phone for as long a time as humanly possibly and ask as many questions as it takes to ruin their entire day. I will do this continually throughout this holiday season in order to save others from the scourge of moronic scammers who are flooding our phone lines with stupid requests." Sworn on this date, November 27th 2018, by me_____________________ (^Your Name Here^) Live the credo. NO MORE SENDING CASH CARDS TO ANYONE WHO REQUESTS THEM FOR PAYMENT. Keep your hands to yourself, leave other people's things alone, and be kind to one another. We will be here. We cannot get your money back for you when you pay someone in pre-paid cash cards. TC BPD

Lawyers. There's even a contingency plan for when the ENTIRE CA Supreme Court has to recuse itself from a case....
