Exciting Updates!! Here's the latest on the home building that's happening by Magic Mountain... Ultimately, the plan is for approximately 21,000 homes, 11.5 million square feet of commercial space, and 10,000 acres of open space. This new home community, called Five Point Valencia will be comprised of 8 villages.... The first village, Mission Village, will be built in phases. Phase 1 is in progress! This phase is said to include 1,268 homesites in 18 neighborhoods, with homes ranging from 775 to 3,680 square feet in size. The builders in the first phase are KB Home, Lennar, Richmond American, Toll Brothers and TRI Pointe Group. The first village will also include 1.5 million square feet of planned commercial space, which the company intends to develop. The space in this phase is expected to target healthcare providers, life science companies and life-style focused uses. The other 7 villages are: Entrada North, Entrada South, Homestead North, Homestead South, Legacy Village, Landmark Village and Potrero Valley.
