Wine producer, Julien Altaber, was inspired by Cantillon’s Foufoun hence the name Foufounette. This is a pet nat of Aligote grapes that is fermented with apricots. Next up is another Altaber, the Cuvée M. This wine is a blend of biodynamically grown Gamay... grapes & a smaller percentage of older vine Gamay (60 years old!). Last is Domaine Derain, a light red wine from Casablanca, Chile. A delightful light red, closer to a deep rosè.
