This exercise is great for people who sit in a desk and/or experience upper back tightness from bad posture. 1Stand with your back flat against the wall. 2Bend your knees to about 20 degrees. 3Keep your lower back flat against the wall avoid arching.... 4Rest the back of your head against the wall and keep your eyes forward and level to the ground. 5Raise your arms to your side at a 90-degree angle to your body with your elbows bent and hands up.
