The YMCA classes are offered through their virtual membership program and include all virtual classes as well as outdoor classes at all three SEVYMCA locations. We hope to catch you soon!!!

Today you have two! 7:30 am in Thousand Oaks or 7:30 am in Moorpark! Monday, you can join VIRTUALLY with an online class!

July 30th is Human Trafficking Awareness Day. Stand with us, stand with @ourrescue, RISE Up and GET LOUD for those who cannot do it for themselves. Dozens of High Fitness instructors are teaming up to offer classes in their cities to raise awareness and to END human trafficking. Find a class near you by searching #highfitnessgetsloud on IG. We have a minimum donation of $10, all proceeds will go to @ourrescue, you can Venmo @High-barre to reserve a spot. More important than the money is the opportunity we have to Get Loud, to speak up, bring attention to Operation Underground Railroad and join the fight to #endhumantrafficking
