Oatmeal pancakes - it’s what’s for breakfast in the Hendricks home. What are you having? Recipe: 1 packet each pancake mix and maple brown sugar oatmeal, 2 eggs slightly beaten, 1/4 tsp baking powder, and 1/2-3/4 cup water. Mix protein powders and baking powder together And add 1/2 cup of water, mix and add the eggs and mix. Add more water if needed. Griddle up 8 pancakes. Divide into two servings, add 1/2 T butter and Swerve. Makes 2 servings. Protein: 23 g, Fat: 10... g, Carbs: 5 g. Come get some today in our Roseville office for your breakfast tomorrow.
