*UPDATE* was not able to find out anything more.. the woman who sent these pictures did finally get back to me however she said that she does not know the name of the (EXPRESS TIRE- in Escondido she was at when she took the pictures and she is not even 100 % sure if it was an Express tire store or not. Her husband later messaged me and said they no longer want to be contacted at all . So the only info is a probable EXPRESS TIRE SHOP in Escondido. Thank you. and God Bless..
