What interesting days we are living in. It seems like every week there is a new disaster to follow sometimes even more frequently. I have the feeling that 2020 is going to go down screaming. Our resilience is being tested, big time. It can feel like we have a big job to do in our line of work. We are some of the only practitioners who actually spend TIME with our clients and REALLY know what they are going through.... Like YOU, they are struggling right now but you can’t always take that on. Finding ways to de-stress and take care of yourself are so important Last May I participated in a really cool challenge. It was called the Facial Cupping Challenge, and it was held in a private Facebook group. There were 200 women who came together every day and cupped our faces together. Our challenge leader is Lisa Dowling - founder of The Cupping Revolution (the same company I taught cupping for). She spent time every day for a week before the challenge began showing us what we needed to know before we started cupping our own faces. It was a really fun and educational way to advance my facial cupping skills. This time, I am an affiliate with Lisa and I am also helping with the challenge. That means that I will be there with you and her to answer questions and keep you on the right path to your self care. It is a really fun what to learn, support our own well-being and others, and see dozens - hundreds of beautiful faces, mask free. What a feeling :) Registration ends October 1, and the pre-challenge content begins on October 5 for a week, then the challenge starts on October 12.
