Ok so the weekend is almost here - still time to get in a workout or two! TIPS to remember this weekend - it is all about family and friends not just the food, use a smaller plate, take smaller portions, eat slowly and wait for 20 minutes before you go back for seconds, you can have a taste of everything you want but don't over do it! Chase that alcoholic drink with lots of water better for your body and will keep you from the dreaded handover so you can actually enjoy Boxing Day (that would be the day after Christmas!!).
