Today's legs and glutes workout will burn calories while working to tone muscles in your legs and glutes. Optional equipment you can use are bands, weights and ankle weights.
This Weekend Warrior workout can go up to 3 rounds, each round you will have a different timed cardio output. Count your cardio reps and try to equal or beat your first score each time. Do as many rounds as you can. For this workout you will need weights, it can be dumbbells, water bottles or jugs, anything you can hold in your hands to use as extra weight. See our movement videos for form and tips on the exercises that use weights. If you use lighter weights the rep coun...ts are 15-20, if you have heavier weights do 10-12 reps each exercise. Round 1 cardio = Jumping Jacks Round 2 cardio = Mountain Climbers Round 3 cardio = Burpees If you are feeling like the ultimate weekend warrior, try to complete it twice!
