This 1967 Mustang was in an open storage for several years. The grandfather recently passed on and left the car to his grandson. The sun, dirt, debris, and weather damage on the paint was so severe, I had my doubts whether or not I was going to be able to restore the paint back to life. But with some wet sanding, the use of the right tools, pads and chemicals, the paint looks like a million dollar paint job. If I have a good paint foundation to work with, the chance of restoration is greatly increased. Check out these before and afters. Please read the comments I've made on each of the photos.
