Tip for the day: Inner thighs (adductors) plies' & Shoulder raises. Start with water bottles and work up to 5-8 lb. weights. Beginners 10 repetitions, 1-2 sets of each. Advanced 20+ reps. 3 sets. My favorite work out tip!! Donkey kicks, aka: fire hydrants. Working the outer thigh area. Beginners can start with doing 1 of the exercises on each side, working up to 20 repetitions. Advance: all 3 sets in a row on 1 side. With 20 reps. Make sure you go slow on the Bicep curls to use muscles rather than momentum. PLEASE: Share if you like so your friends can try it. My 2nd Tip of the Week. 1 min fast walk/marching, then 1 min. Run in place OR chair taps, OR try all 3!!! Go for 30 minutes or work up to it. SHARE on your Page to inspire a friend, family member,etc...

TIP for the Week. We are all outside walking or at home on the treadmill. Sooo...Its time to add in HIIT ( High intensity interval training). Set your phone on a 1 minute timer. Walk for 1 minute , then next minute either RUN or Speed Walk, followed again by 1 minute walk. Rotate this for 30 min. every day Eventually building up to 1 hour. You can break this up into 30 min. twice daily which in reality you will burn more calories being active twice a day rather than just onc...e. FOOD Simple this Week: Add in 1 TBSP of apple cider vinegear (ACV) into 8 oz. water first thing in the morning and the last thing before you go to bed. ACV has know benefits to kill harmful gut bacteria and help to manage blood sugar levels associated with diabetes. Google it for plenty of more info.
