Thanks so much for the recent repair on our 1986 Minnie Winnie camper! Your great idea to replace the mechanical fan with a new electric fan makes this 350 Chevy run way quieter with noticeable extra power and I'm sure our gas mileage will jump up. We can't thank you enough for your business, loyalty and friendship over the years, it has meant so very much! If you haven't been in for awhile we have some new faces behind the counter...I, Donna have retired after almost 10 years of working along side my son-in-law John...It has been such a pleasure getting to know so many of you persona...lly and serving you. Our newest employee Wayne is a good friend and experienced Service Writer for many years, we feel lucky to have him! I am working now with my husband Dave Zeman in his Real Estate business of 20 yrs with RE/MAX United here in Escondido. Daily Yelp Check - got another five star review for the ol' shop: "I needed an oil change for my 2010 Honda CRV. Not a standard oil change, but rather a full synthetic oil change. I searched Yelp and found Hawthorne. I called to ask more information and was told they could take me as a walk in. However, they recommended I schedule an appointment to ensure I would be in and out quickly. This appealed to me since I knew I would have my two kids with me. Now I'm accustomed t...o body shops being pretty dirty given the nature of the work, but not here. The office is very well kept, coffee is excellent and seating was comfortable. A plus for my kids was the fish tank and tangerines. What does this have to do with the quality of work? I believe a lot. If the office is clean and organized then I'm going to be more confident that work done in the body shop is professional, efficient and effective. I look forward to coming here for future service. I recently brought in my track car so some major suspension work, and I can't thank everyone there enough! Brandon did some amazing work with getting my new bushings along with some steering issues that were Anaya difficult but are now corrected. They're are no words to explain how dedicated these guys are to getting the repairs do...ne and taking care of your car at the same time!
