Job Description: We are looking for an individual with expertise in multiple types of home repair and maintenance, who has basic construction skills, is extremely organized, and can effectively communicate with others. Responsibilities:... Perform basic tasks and manage minor maintenance repairs, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, stucco, flooring, windows & doors, and tile. Conduct property inspections. Assist in landscaping of property and cleaning up debris. Follow project instructions and execute properly. Requirements: Available to work a flexible work week, including weekends. Must have reliable transportation as the properties are located throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.
