The documentary on the Chris Watts murders was just released on Netflix today. This house will be tough to sell. I sure couldn’t live in a house knowing a violent crime took place there. My guess is it will have to be sold at a very reduced price. In California, any death on a property needs to be disclosed if it happened within the last three years. Many other states do not require sellers to disclose this information. Buyers can have concerns or superstitions about purchasing a home where someone has died.
