On behalf of the Harvest International Family, I want to submit a formal apology to anyone who was affected by the pricing error done in our store today and also thank our loyal customers for bringing it to our attention. A 40 pack of the larger size water bottles is not a packaged item we sell regularly; they are individual water bottles we open and provide to our hard working team to drink as well as sell individually. In the mix of the grocery shopping hysteria, an employe...e mistakenly put them out on the floor to be sold as a case of 40 and priced it that way (according to our cost price of such a large packaged item.) As mentioned before, to anyone who purchased the item before it was removed from the floor, please come back in with your receipt and we will refund you the full cost of the water and you may keep the water as a courtesy for the inconvenience. Our team takes pride in the level of dedication we have tirelessly put forth to maintain a clean, healthy, sanitary and productive work environment in hopes of adding a little more peace to our customers lives during this uncertain time. Hello everyone, earlier today an employee mistakenly placed 40 packs of Niagara Purified Water on the sales floor when it was intended to be returned to the vendor. Please return to the store with your receipt, and we will give you a full refund and you may keep the packs of water. Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience.
