Happy New Year to all of my fitness nuts, paddle board peeps and face book friends and family! Thank you all for an excellent 2015 with Harmony Fitness! We sure had a great time with SUP in SD and meeting so many kool peeps! We start a new adventure in Phoenix this 2016. I may be teaching SUP in our new location but our SUP lessons in San Diego will be limited to the summer months. Our neighbor Tim demoed Desolation Outdoors SUP today! Paddled in the Bay and tried some yoga! He rocked it!
