George Floyd silent tribute at Zuma Beach, this past weekend. Over 100 surfers made a circle in the water. Bella, Kiara and Madison paid tribute to Mr.Floyd from the shoreline and we joined from the sand. All Black Lives Matter To Us.

Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) program Dearest Friends, Wishing you all continued good health and a peaceful state of mind, during these challenging times. Below is an update for anyone self-employed, we will send out the instructions as soon as they are published.... Warmest regards, Terilynn & Jenny Two More Weeks Until PUA Applications Available, According to California Department of Labor California Labor Secretary Julie A. Su released an open letter today that contains more information on the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) program, which extends unemployment benefits to the self-employed and independent contractors. In this letter, Secretary Su announced the California Employment Development Department (EDD) will need an additional two weeks to have the application system up and running. Once the system goes live, she anticipates individuals will be able to receive payments within 24 to 48 hours of their applications being approved. C.A.R.(California Association of Realtors) is continuing to urge the EDD to move as quickly as possible to get our members much-needed relief. We will communicate the actual application start date, along with other guidance, as soon as that information is made available by the EDD.
