We are rolling with the punches everyday. We will now only be doing curbside pick up and doordash deliveries until further notice. Also, our store will not be open to the public. If you do want to walk up and order, please order ahead online and wait outside until your order is ready. This is so we can all practice social distancing! Thank you for understanding! Hey you fineapples*and spammers! We are a little busy over here wrapping your musubis, but wanted to let you guys know our hours for now are Monday to Saturday from 10:30am to 4:00pm! Also, please PLEASE call or order online to save your musubis before coming in *we will have special hours for Christmas in the Park guests soon.

Now that we are done crying and celebrating and recovering we are happy to announce it's finally HAPA-ning! WE ARE FINALLY OPENING! COME THIS WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 2ND FROM 10AM TO 12:30PM FOR OUR SOFT OPENING! We are only making limited musubis for the day so come by as soon as you can! ALSO, we will be giving away a free white hapa musubi hat to our first five customers that day! So please come by and celebrate with us! P.S. we got approved on a limited oper...ation pass- so our store is not completely complete! So for the month of October we will not have set store hours and will change often due to the work that needs to be done. P.P.S. Just in case you forgot about us

I know we’ve been very MIA here and left many of you guys wondering when the heck are they opening? Especially for the people that walk by and look through our windows and see that it doesn’t look anything like the picture above. Yes, we are ALMOST ready- most of our decor is up, all of our kitchen supplies are ready. The foundation is ready, WE ARE DEFINITELY READY, but we are JUST waiting on building inspections. The city of San Jose are so busy that the next availabe inspections are weeks out. Since inspections are stopping us from opening our storefront, we are setting up a new ordering system online. Soon everyone will be able to order musubis and pick up at the front of Hapa Musubi Monday to Thursday from 10:30am to 12:30pm. We will try to have our ordering system running as soon as possible.

#musubimonday memory coming atcha! Only look back to see how far you’ve come and today we are doing exactly that! THIS spam musubi barely had any sauce, no consistency in the rice and size. We constantly worked on our recipe formula for each musubi. So, looking at THIS picture brings us so much joy because we can really see how much Hapa Musubi (including us as individuals) has grown. And this isn’t the end of our growth. We are always finding ways to better ourselves!
