Happy New Year, everyone!! :) To celebrate, HaoExpression is offering your first class with me FREE! I'm super excited to teach virutal Pilates starting Mondays... and Wednesdays 9-10:00am, followed by a Foam Rolling class 10-10:30, beginning January 6th. If you've never taken a Pilates class before, no worries! We'll focus on strength and flexibility throughout the body, and the awareness you gain will help with ballet AND everyday life.
