I call this the Dance of the Glistening Hot Dogs! We warm our all beef Stadium Dogs on the roller because it creates a slightly sweet caramelization on the surface that just tastes better. When it is slow around here our staff is 100% not ok with it. They pull out the sausage costume and pig ears from our storage closet and start dancing around in front of the restaurant to catch your attention and draw you in. This is a collaboration between Great Notion and Equilibrium Brewery @eqbrewery Come grab one and tell us what you think! Here’s what they say about it: Juice = Juice is back! This time with our hand selected Citra and Galaxy and an increased dry hop. Juice = Juice was born when we had Great Notion in the lab to revie...w, axioms, hypothesis, postulates, and proofs to derive and fuse our juice tactics together to make a beer bursting with extreme flavor. We used a malt bill of heavy wheat along with a combination of flaked oats and oat malt for the foundation. We whirlpooled heavy with Citra and Idaho 7 and finished it with a big Galaxy dryhop. Juice = Juice pours a bright straw yellow and gives off big aromas of pulpy tropical juice. The flavor follows, with a jumbo medley of island fruits, big peach notes, and a touch of dankness. You’ll notice a mild bitterness upfront, pillow like mouth feel midway and a smooth juicy finish at the end making it extremely balanced and drinkable. We are extremely happy with B2. Gotta tell you about the new beers we just got in! Have you every heard of Alvarado Street Brewerry? They have a few locations down in the Monterey / Salinas area. We took it upon ourselves to taste each of these new beers before promoting them to you, our customer. And, our advice is, get down to our shop and buy them all while they’re still super fresh. These beers were spectacular and we haven’t been able to find much @alvaradostreetbrewery in Vacaville. Here’s a des...cription of the Vengeful Barbarian: A staple hazy IPA brewed with the "holy trinity" of hops - Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic. Double Dry Hopped for maximum juice, heaps of oats & wheat for a soft, pillowy texture on the palate. Fermented with an expressive yeast strain that pumps out stone fruit flavors which complement the tropical hop oil contribution. It brought all of that and more. Parking Lot PSA: A few months ago our friends @sweetpeasvacaville jokingly handed us the award for worst parking lot in Vacaville that they had been holding for a few years before their recent parking expansion. Our lot is TINY, but we feel lucky to have it. Today you will see that we have installed some steel posts to help prevent any of our guests from hitting our building, which has sadly already happened multiple times. These posts make the entrance and exit to our ...parking lot even more narrow than they were previously. It may seem annoying, but we are trying to save you and us from the much more expensive costs of hitting and damaging our building. Trust me, you don’t want to pay for us to have a roof panel replaced! So, what should you do? If you drive a large vehicle, I would highly recommend parking on Stevenson Street, Cernon Street or the City of Vacaville parking lot at the corner of Mason and Cernon. It’s kind of fun to walk a block and pretend you live in the big city! If you do choose to park in our lot, here are a few tips. 1. Please go slow. There are many pedestrians crossing the lot at all times. 2. Our lot is directional. It should only be entered from Stevenson Street and exited onto Merchant Street. Please do not try to go the other way. There are arrows painted on the asphalt to make this more clear. 3. Please do not park in front our our bike rack, or in the path to the backyard seating area, or any other area that is not a designated parking space. If there are no actual parking places available, just exit the lot and park on the street. 4. Please do not park in the parking lots of our neighboring businesses. There is ample street and public parking available. 5. Please pull all the way forward in your parking stall so that the driveway portion of the lot remains accessible. If you can see that your vehicle prevents other cars from easily accessing the lot, please repark as a courtesy to others. Just wanted to make you all aware of this change!
