I remember when I was in elementary school, I used to go to this small mom, pop shop right in front of our school to get the dish called ‘mattang’ it is deep-fried chunky sweet potatoes are coated with caramelized sugar. @kyungbin93 took it to next level and created this humble dishes to fun, unique dessert.
