FIRE SEASON IS HERE !!! We usually clean the grinders every 4hrs but this one almost got us. @ecoprodriver just happened to be working late yesterday and caught this smoldering under grinder track around 7pm. We suspect that a ember came off the engine hours previous and had the perfect conditions for ignition. New protocol... this that we will need to wet down around engine and machine before closing during fire season. Throughout the last couple decades we have had a handful of fires at the facility and are pretty well prepared with a surplus of fire extinguishers and fire hose-water pump setups. But you can never be too safe. Be careful out there and be prepared!
