Night of Lights! Friday on Main St in Half Moon Bay trees decorated in dazzling lights, many stores open late (8pm) for holiday shopping. It's also the second night of Hanukkah, so stop by Mac Dutra Park on Main St to see the menorah lighting before heading out for some socially distanced shopping. Retail is still operating at 25% capacity, and outdoor dining is still permitted. San Mateo County is currently not under a stay-at-home order, but Covid protocols, masking, social distancing are required please! BUY local, or BYE-BYE local. We appreciate your support!

We love you, truly...BUT -- our first responders need to get through...and Half Moon Bay is now the evacuation site for the coastal southern fires. Many people who have either lost their homes, or been evacuated are in the middle of moving themselves up to the local high school, or in with friends, because they've been evacuated.
