We’ve made some changes due to COVID-19 Dear Hair by Stevenie community, I can see the excitement building as we get closer to opening the salons back up!! California is working on a by phase operation, with that said we are supposed to be entering into the 2nd phase of reopening the state on Friday! Salons and nail salons are PHASE 3 ( for more information i would reccomend following our govorner on social medias Gavin Newsom). We are not opening yet, but stay close to your ...computers and gadgets. Those who have already booked appointments will be serviced as soon as the state opens up! I want to say a HUGE thank you to EVERY SINGLE PERSON who has reached out to check on me as this was a hard time for US ALL and to still find time to think of me I truly have been overwhelmed with love and concern. My heart is overjoyed! Below you will find some adjustments to the salon practices. How the business is changing due to COVID-19: Only those with appointments will be allowed at the Rancho location, Montclair guest will be limited to 1 guest who must wait in the lobby area. Changes to opening hours will be in effect and you may notice less time slots available Everyone MUST wear a mask and if you do not have one we will have mask available for purchase. If you are feeling sick please cancel your appointment. There will be Use of thermometers before receiving services, so please check yourseves before we have to turn you away! We are trying our best to flatten the curve and keep everyone safe! Health and Safety This past Thursday our Governor issued a state wide "Stay Home" mandate, only allowing for us to handle essential business. Although we love for you guys to come in and give us the opportunity to help with your grooming routines, visits with us are non essential visits. In compliance to the state mandate, the health and safety of the staff, our clients and families we have closed the salons for at least 2 weeks. All appointments made during this time will be canceled. Due to the unknown timeline we are not certain when we will reopen. This is as hard for us as it is for you and thank you so much for understanding!
